全麻手术患者围手术期舒适护理的实施及其护理效果评价

目的探讨全麻手术患者围手术期的舒适护理方法、评估其护理效果。方法260例全麻手术患者随机分为两组，对照组（n=145例）行普通护理，试验组（n=115例）予以围手术期舒适护理，比较两种护理的效果；观测指标有术前和术后焦虑评分、苏醒期躁动发生率、术后镇痛药使用率，就两种护理的观测指标做对比分析。结果试验组患者术前及术后焦虑评定分值均明显低于对照组、苏醒期躁动发生率低于对照组（P〈0．01）、术后镇痛药使用率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论围手术期舒适护理能有效缓解全麻手术患者术前及术后的焦虑、减低苏醒期蹂动发生率、降低术后镇痛药使用率。

The Practice of Perioperative Comfortable Care for Patients of General Anesthesia Operation and the Effect Evaluation

Objective To discuss the practice of the perioperative comfortable care for patients of general anesthesia operation and to evaluate the nursing effect. Methods 260 eases of general anesthesia operation were randomly divided into 2 groups： test group and control group; 145 patients in control group were given routine nursing while 115 patients in test group were given perioperative comfortable care ; the nursing effect of both groups were compared and a contrast analysis was made to the data of observation. Results The scores of anxiety scale （ SAS ） before and after operation, the incidence of agitation in revival period （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and the usage rate of analgesics （ P 〈 0. 05 ） of the patients in test group were much lower than these in control group. Conclusions Perioperative comfortable care for patients of general anesthesia operation can effectively relieve anxiety before and after operation, decrease the incidence of agitation in revival period and the usage rate of analgesics after operation.
