| 摘 要： | ①目的探讨大肠癌对化疗药物反应性，筛选针对个体敏感的化疗药物。②方法采用噻唑蓝（ＭＴＴ）比色法测定了４９例新鲜大肠癌组织对７种常用化疗药物的敏感性。③结果７种化疗药物对大肠癌抑制率差异有极显著性（Ｆ＝３６．１，Ｐ＜０．００１），顺铂（ＤＤＰ），５－氟尿嘧啶（５－ＦＵ）抑制率最高。不同个体对化疗药物敏感性差异较大，对ＤＤＰ，平阳霉素（ＰＹＭ）和５－ＦＵ敏感者居多。④结论ＭＴＴ比色法可以作为化疗药物敏感试验的检测方法，为大肠癌的临床化疗提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the reactivity of human large intestine carcinoma to chemotherapeutic agents and screen the sensitive drugs for individual. Methods The chemosensitivity of 49 human large intestine carcinoma samples to 7 chemotherapeutic agents was determined by using a tetrazolium base decolorimetric assay(MTT assay). Results Seven chemotherapeutic agents showed significant inhibitory effects for the large intestine carcinoma, with DDP, 5 FU being the most effective. The individual chemosensitivity was different. Conclusion The results may be used for clinical reference in selecting drugs. |
