经皮腰椎间盘摘除术和经皮激光腰椎间盘汽化减压术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的比较

目的:比较经皮腰椎间盘摘除术和经皮激光腰椎间盘汽化减压术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效和安全性。方法:将66例腰椎间盘突出症病人随机分为2组,每组33例,在X线监视下分别采用经皮腰椎间盘摘除术和经皮激光腰椎间盘汽化减压术治疗,观察对比两组的临床疗效及术后并发症。结果:术后6个月,两组疗效结果比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.112 3,P=0.737 6)。两组均无严重并发症发生。结论:X线导向下行经皮腰椎间盘摘除术和经皮激光腰椎间盘汽化减压术介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全、有效。

The comparison between percutaneous lumbar diskectomy and percutaneous laser disc decompression on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective：To compare the curative effects and safety of percutaneous lumbar diskectomy（PLD）with those of percutaneous laser disc decompression（PLDD）on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation（LDH）.Methods：66 LDH patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,33 cases in each group.Under X-ray monitoring,the patients were treated by PLD and PLDD respectively.The clinical curative effects and postoperative complications were observed.Results：6 months after the surgery,there was no statistical difference in the curative effects between the 2 groups（χ2=0.112 3,P=0.737 6）.No serious complications occurred in both groups.Conclusions：It is safe and effective for the method of X-ray oriented PLD and PLDD to treat LDH.
