摘    要:目的:当归挥发油水蒸气蒸馏法提取工艺采用正交试验法进行优化研究。方法:以得油率为指标,以液料比、蒸馏时间、氯化钠用量为因素进行正交试验。结果:得出最佳提取工艺为液料比6:1,蒸馏时间8h,氯化钠用量为当归的1/5,得油率可达0.4%。结论:工艺合理,方法简便易行,结果可靠。

Abstract:Objective: To study volatile oil extraction process from Angelica sinensis by orthogonal experiment. Methods: Using the oil rate as an index, the dosage of solvent, the extraction time, and the dosage of sodium chloride as the orthogonal factors. Results: The optimum extraction process as follows: six times volumes water, extracting time 8 h, the dosage of sodium chloride being one fifth of the medicine, the oil rate was of 0. 4%. Conclusion: The extraction process is reasonable, feasible and stable.
