摘    要:对我国别样茶(non—Camelliateas)中小叶苦丁茶的应用历史以及现代研究等方面进行整理综述。小叶苦丁茶在我国南方地区具有悠久的饮用历史,具有典型的别样茶特征,其原植物来源主要为木犀科女贞属植物粗壮女贞Ligustrumrobustum(Roxb.)Bl.及其同属植物丽叶女贞LigustrumhenryiHemsl.、总梗女贞LigustrumpriceiHayata及光萼小蜡Ligustrumsinensevar.myrianthum。小叶苦丁茶具有清热解毒、消肿止痛、除湿化痰及减肥等功效。对小叶苦丁茶的现代研究表明,其主要化学成分为萜类、苯丙素类及黄酮类,其主要药理活性包括改善心脑血管系统,降糖降脂,抗菌消炎,抗氧化,保肝等方面。

Abstract:In the present review, we summarized the application history of small-leaved kudingcha and the modem research progress as well. Small-leaved kudingcha is originated from the leave of several Ligustrum plants, which including Ligustrum robustum ( Roxb. ) B1. , Ligustrum henryi Hemsl. Ligustrum pricei Hayata and Ligustrum sinense var. myrianthum. It is one of the Chinese non-Camellia teas, and has been used in Southern region of China for a long history with the effects of detoxification, reducing swelling and pain, dehumidification, phlegm dissolving, losing weight and so on. Modem phytochemical research showed that the main constituents of small-leaved kudingcha were terpenoids, phenylpropanoids and flavonoids. And the pharmacological studies proved that the small-leaved kud- ingcha possess the activities such as improve cardiovascular system, hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic, , anti bacterial and anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, hepatoprotive and so on.
