小叶苦丁茶的研究进展△

对我国别样茶（non—Camelliateas）中小叶苦丁茶的应用历史以及现代研究等方面进行整理综述。小叶苦丁茶在我国南方地区具有悠久的饮用历史，具有典型的别样茶特征，其原植物来源主要为木犀科女贞属植物粗壮女贞Ligustrumrobustum（Roxb．）Bl.及其同属植物丽叶女贞LigustrumhenryiHemsl．、总梗女贞LigustrumpriceiHayata及光萼小蜡Ligustrumsinensevar．myrianthum。小叶苦丁茶具有清热解毒、消肿止痛、除湿化痰及减肥等功效。对小叶苦丁茶的现代研究表明，其主要化学成分为萜类、苯丙素类及黄酮类，其主要药理活性包括改善心脑血管系统，降糖降脂，抗菌消炎，抗氧化，保肝等方面。

Research Progress on Small-Leaved Kudingcha

In the present review, we summarized the application history of small-leaved kudingcha and the modem research progress as well. Small-leaved kudingcha is originated from the leave of several Ligustrum plants, which including Ligustrum robustum （ Roxb. ） B1. , Ligustrum henryi Hemsl. Ligustrum pricei Hayata and Ligustrum sinense var. myrianthum. It is one of the Chinese non-Camellia teas, and has been used in Southern region of China for a long history with the effects of detoxification, reducing swelling and pain, dehumidification, phlegm dissolving, losing weight and so on. Modem phytochemical research showed that the main constituents of small-leaved kudingcha were terpenoids, phenylpropanoids and flavonoids. And the pharmacological studies proved that the small-leaved kud- ingcha possess the activities such as improve cardiovascular system, hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic, , anti bacterial and anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, hepatoprotive and so on.
