| 摘 要： | 目的探索总结何立群教授在慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床治疗中的中医辨证用药规律。方法通过随师临证心得、收集整理何师的临证病案，分析总结其治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的用药规律。结果何师在临床对慢性肾炎蛋白尿的治疗中多采用益气健脾祛风利水功效的药对。结论何立群教授运用益气健脾祛风利水药对的治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿是其成功的临床辨证思路之一，为今后我们提高临床慢性肾炎蛋白尿的治疗水平提供有益的帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the law of Professor He Liqun treated chronic nephritis pro- teinuria by TCM drug. Methods Through with the note of clinical experience, collect clinical case, analyzes and summarizes the drug laws of the treatment on chronic nephritis proteinuria. Results He was use to treat chronic nephritis albuminuria by Couple Herbs of the containing supplement Qi, strengthening Spleen, dispelling Wind and Water retention. Conclusions Professor He Li-qurfs experi- ence in treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis with paired herbs. By Chinese drug pair analysis, it shows the organic combination of correct analysis on disease, defining therapy and agile pairing drugs is of great meaning to such diseases as chronic nephritis proteinuria. |
