重新审定医学目的需要研究的若干问题

医学目的研究需要解决四个医学发展中带根本性的问题。第一，明确健康定义。健康概念对医学行为有导向作用，因而不应过于理想化，要反映现实，贴近社会。第二，医学生命价值定位。医学生命可区分为有价值和无价值，生命价值定位应充分考虑群体和社会的趋利要求，医学只对有价值的生命负责。第三，关于医学服务模式。医学服务模式应体现预防为主、大众为主、照料为主的原则。第四，合理分配医学资源。树立医学适宜技术和技术发展优先权观念。

Severial Problems on Rechecking Medical Aim

Medical aim research needs to solve four fundamental problems.Which exist in the medical development.First,clear about the definition of health. The concept of health can guide the medical behavior.Therefore,over idealized should avoid, It should reflect the reality and be close to a society.Second,fixing the position of the value of medical life.Life in medicine can be distinguished as valuable life and valueless life.Fixing the position of the value of medical life should consider the demands of the advantage which masses and the society seek for.Medicine is only responsible for the valuable life.Third,on the mould of medical services;The mould of medical services must embody the prncipled of giving priority to prevention,masses and medical care.Fourth,rationally allotting medical resources and establishing the concept of appropriate medical technique and giving the priority to technical development.
