摘    要:目的比较加替沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗泌尿系统感染的临床疗效,以探讨泌尿系统感染的有效方法及安全性。方法将86例泌尿系统感染患者随机均分为2组,加替沙星组43例采用加替沙星治疗,左氧氟沙星组43例采用左氧氟沙星治疗。2组疗程均为7~10d。治疗后比较2组临床疗效与细菌清除率及不良反应。结果加替沙星组总有效率为97.67%高于左氧氟沙星组的76.74%,加替沙星组细菌清除率为90.70%高于左氧氟沙星组的81.40%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未出现严重不良反应。结论加替沙星治疗泌尿系统感染效果显著,可作为泌尿系统感染的首选药物。

Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of gatifloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of urinary tract infections,to determine an effective and safe method of treatment urinary tract infections.Methods 86 cases patients with urinary tract infection were randomly divided into two groups.Gatifloxacin group(43 cases) were taken gatifloxacin,levofloxaci group(43 cases) were treated with levofloxacin.The treatment time of two groups were 7~10d.Compared clinical effect,the efficient bacterial clearance rate and adverse reaction of two groups.Results The total effective rate of gatifloxacin group(97.67%) was higher than that of levofloxacin group(76.74%),the bacterial clearance rate of gatifloxacin group(90.70%) was higher than that of levofloxacin group(81.40%),the difference were statistically significant(P0.05).No serious adverse reaction hapoened of 2 groups.Conclusion The effect of gatifloxacin in treatment of urinary tract infections is significant,can set as the first drug for urinary tract infection.
