心理护理干预在孕产妇分娩过程中相关因素的临床分析与探讨

目的探讨心理护理干预对分娩过程中相关因素的影响。方法通对100例临产初产妇的心理状态进行调查分析,以孕产妇为中心,运用现代护理心理学手段,对孕产妇实施系统化整体护理并观察在分娩中的临床指标变化。结果 100例患者中,可能有抑郁症状者5例占5%。严重焦虑者1例占1%,可能有焦虑者5例占5%。单因素分析:处世表现、情绪控制、有无流产史、与父母关系、对分娩心理准备、家庭角色充当6项因素与临产妇心理状态有显著相关性(P<0.01)。多因素分析:依作用程度大小依次为与父母关系、分娩心理准备、处世表现,且均呈正相关。结论与父母关系、对分娩心理准备及处世表现是影响产妇产前心理状态最主要因素,实施有效的心理干预对孕产妇在分娩过程中身心健康有积极的作用。

Clinical analysis and discussion of related factor of psychological nursing intervention in pregnant women during labor

Objective To discuss the effect of related factor of psychological nursing intervention in pregnant women during labor.Methods Analysed 100 cases the parturient primipara＇s psychological state,to pregnant women as the center,the used of modern nursing psychology means of maternal care and the overall implementation of systematic observation of the clinical indicators in the labor of change.Results In 100 cases patients,may be had symptoms of depression in 5 cases（5%）.1 case（1%） of serious anxiety,5 cases（5%） of anxiety may had accounted.Univariate analysis：Life skills performance,emotional control,with or without history of abortion,relationship with parents,psychological preparation for childbirth,family roles as six factors and clinical maternal mental state had a significant correlation（P0.01）.Multivariate analysis：According to the order of the role of relationship with their parents,prepared childbirth,life skills performance,and positively correlated.Conclusion Psychological preparation for birth,life skills affect performance is the most important factor of maternal prenatal mental state,the implementation of effective psychological intervention to maternal health during labor have a positive effect.
