碘伏换药治疗糖尿病足溃疡的疗效观察

目的观察碘伏换药治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果。方法将糖尿病足溃疡患者156例随机分为观察组84例和对照组72例。对照组采用常规换药方法治疗,观察组采用碘伏换药方法治疗。治疗后比较2组临床疗效、换药次数及愈合时间。结果观察组总有效率为95.2%高于对照组的88.9%,换药次数少于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论碘伏换药用于糖尿病足溃疡可大大提高糖尿病足的治愈率,缩短住院时间,且操作简单,值得推广应用。

The effect observation of iodophor dressing in diabetic foot ulcer

Objective To observe the clinical effect of iodophor dressing in diabetic foot ulcer.Methods 156 cases patients with diabetic foot ulcer were randomly divided into observation group（84 cases） and control group（72 cases）.Control group received conventional dressing method,observation group were treated with iodophor dressing method.After treatment,compared the clinical efficacy,dressing frequency and healing time of two groups.Results Total effective rate of observation group（95.2%） was higher than that of control group（88.9%）,the number of dressing changes was less than that of control group,healing time was shorter than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Iodophor dressing in diabetic foot ulcer can greatly improve the cure rate,shorter hospital stay,and operating simple.
