抑癌基因p53与胃癌的研究进展

胃癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其病死率居于恶性肿瘤首位。p53是目前研究最广泛和最深入的抑癌基因之一,其突变或缺失与人类多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润和转移密切相关。抑癌基因p53在胃癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,其中p53基因突变和p53蛋白过表达已被大量实验所证实。p53基因CD72的多态性与胃癌的易感性有关,可能成为指导胃癌综合治疗、判断预后的有效指标。

Advancement of p53 Gene in Human Gastric Carcinomas

Gastric carcinoma is one of the most frequent malignant tumors in China,and it was reported to have the highest mortality rate.P53 is one of the most extensive tumor suppressor genes that have been studied,and its mutations or deletions are associated with the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of some kinds of human malignant neoplasms.Tumor suppressor gene p53 plays important roles in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma.The mutation of p53 gene and overexpression of p53 protein in gastric carcinoma tissues has been confirmed by a large number of experiments,which could be an effective indicator to guide the comprehensive treatment and to determine prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
