摘    要:目的:优选田银通脉颗粒的提取工艺。方法:以三七总皂苷、总黄酮醇苷含量及提出率为考察指标,采用L9(3^4)正交试验设计优选提取工艺条件,确定田银通脉颗粒的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为以8倍量70%的乙醇回流提取3次,每次1h。结论:优选出的工艺科学合理,可作为该制剂合理开发的依据。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the optimal extraction process of Tianyintongmai granules. Method: The orthogonal test of L9 (3^4) was employed to optimize the extraction process of Tianyintongmai granules with the contents of total panax notoginsenoside (TPNS), total flavonol glycosides and extraction rate as index. Result: The best extraction condition was as follows: 8 times of 70% alcohol, extracted for 3 times, each time for 1 hour. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process is reasonable and stable and it can provide the references for Tianyintongmai granules for its further investigation.
