正交试验法优选田银通脉颗粒的提取工艺

目的：优选田银通脉颗粒的提取工艺。方法：以三七总皂苷、总黄酮醇苷含量及提出率为考察指标，采用L9（3^4）正交试验设计优选提取工艺条件，确定田银通脉颗粒的最佳提取工艺。结果：最佳提取工艺为以8倍量70％的乙醇回流提取3次，每次1h。结论：优选出的工艺科学合理，可作为该制剂合理开发的依据。

Optimization of Extraction Process of Tianyintongmai Granules by Orthogonal Test

Objective： To establish the optimal extraction process of Tianyintongmai granules. Method： The orthogonal test of L9 （3^4） was employed to optimize the extraction process of Tianyintongmai granules with the contents of total panax notoginsenoside （TPNS）, total flavonol glycosides and extraction rate as index. Result： The best extraction condition was as follows： 8 times of 70% alcohol, extracted for 3 times, each time for 1 hour. Conclusion： The optimum extraction process is reasonable and stable and it can provide the references for Tianyintongmai granules for its further investigation.
