微血管减压并面神经梳理术治疗面肌痉挛的临床观察及护理

摘    要:目的探讨微血管减压并面神经梳理术治疗面肌痉挛的效果及相应的护理措施。方法回顾性分析了46例经微血管减压并面神经梳理术治疗面肌痉挛的临床资料,手术采用经乙状窦后入路暴露面神经,明确责任血管,将其与面神经分离并以Teflon片隔离,同时对面神经进行梳理,并且围绕手术前后采取相应的护理措施。结果全部46例面肌痉挛的病人,有效率为97.8%,暂时性面瘫15.2%,暂时性听力障碍6.5%,术后随访3年均无复发。结论微血管减压并面神经梳理术是治疗面肌痉挛的有效方法,治愈率高,复发率低。做好术前后护理是手术成功的重要环节之一。

Abstract:Objective This study investigates the impacts of microvascular decompression and comb scraping of facial nerve and measures of nursing on hemifacial spasm(HFS).Methods 46 cases of HFS patients treated with microvascular decompression and comb scraping of facial nerve operation were studied retrospectively. During operation the root exit zone(REZ) of facial nerve was exposed through the retrosigmoid approach, the offending vessels(OV) was identified and interpositioned between OV and facial nerve, and then, comb scraping of facial nerve was achieved. Some nursing were carried out surrounding the operation.Results The total effective rate was 97.8% in all cases. Temporary facial paralysis was 15.2%, and temporary hearing loss was 6.5%. There were no recurrence in the follow-up of three years.Conclusions Microvascular decompression and comb scraping of facial nerve operation is available treatment to HFS. Good nursing surrounding the operation is one of the important factors of successful operation.
