老年生理与体质特点辨析及其临床意义

老年健康问题是人口老龄化时代背景下中国卫生事业面临的重大问题.老年人群的衰老进程、慢性病的易感多发与老年生理及体质密切相关.文章在辨析老年五脏以肾虚为主、气血运行不畅的生理特点以及偏颇体质居多、兼夹体质多见的体质特点基础上,指出老年生理与体质特点的辨析,对于实施个体化延缓衰老、体现老年病个体化诊疗具有重要的临床意义.

Identification of the physiological and physical characteristics of the elderly and their clinical significance

Geriatric health is a major issue facing China''s health in the context of the age of population aging. The aging process of the elderly population and the susceptibility to chronic diseases are closely related to the physiology and physique of the elderly. The article analyzes the physical characteristics of the five internal organs of the elderly with kidney deficiency,poor circulation of qi and blood,and the traditional Chinese medical constitution characteristics,which are mostly biased constitutions and commonly mixed constitutions. On this basis,it points out that distinguishing the physiological and physical characteristics of the elderly has important clinical significance for the implementation of individualized aging retarding and individualized diagnosis and treatment of senile diseases.
