熊明炤主任运用补阳还五汤治疗儿童腺样体肥大经验

儿童腺样体肥大是儿科和耳鼻喉科的临床常见疾病。小儿脏腑娇嫩，形气未充，肺脾气虚，壅遏气血，血瘀凝结于咽喉，致腺样体肥大。熊明炤主任认为肺脾不足是根本病因，气虚血瘀是主要病机，加减补阳还五汤进行分期论治。外感初期以补气活血为主，辅以化痰、祛咳、止涕等。中期病程迁延，着重化瘀解毒、散结消肿，以消颃颡肿物，平夜间鼾声。后期患儿鼾声已止，病情缓解，重视顾护脾胃。

Director XIONG Mingzhao's experience in treating pediatric adenoidal hypertrophy with Buyang Huanwu Decoction

Pediatric adenoidal hypertrophy is a common clinical disease in pediatrics and otolaryngology. Children''s viscera are delicate,the form of qi is not filled,the lung and spleen are deficient,the qi and blood are blocked,and blood stasis condenses in the throat,resulting in adenoid hypertrophy. Director XIONG Mingzhao thinks that deficiency of lung and spleen is the fundamental cause,and deficiency of qi and blood stasis is the main pathogenesis,so Buyang Huanwu Decoction is treated by stages. At the initial stage of exogenous disease,it is mainly used to invigorate qi and promote blood circulation,supplemented by resolving phlegm,dispelling cough and stopping nose. The middle course of disease is prolonged,focusing on removing blood stasis and detoxification,reducing swelling and resolving mass,in order to eliminate the lump and keep the snoring at night. In the later stage,children''s snoring has stopped,and their condition is relieved,so pay attention to the care of spleen and stomach.
