脑中风后肢体功能障碍患者行补阳还五汤加减配合针刺治疗的效果

目的观察脑中风后肢体功能障碍患者行补阳还五汤加减配合针刺治疗的效果。方法将某院2018年9月~2019年8月收治的脑中风后肢体功能障碍者120例,采取随机数字法分成对照组(n=60)与试验组(n=60),其中对照组患者行常规西药+康复治疗,试验组行补阳还五汤加减+针刺治疗。对比两组患者治疗前、后运动功能评分,临床治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后,上、下肢Fugl-Meyer评分明显高于治疗前,且试验组Fugl-Meyer评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组治疗总有效率为91.25%明显高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.01)。结论在脑中风后肢体功能障碍者中,行补阳还五汤加减配合针刺治疗,可明显提高患者运动功能评分,提高临床治疗效果。

The effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture on the limb dysfunction after cerebral apoplexy

Objective To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture on limb dysfunction after cerebral apoplexy.Methods 120 patients with limb dysfunction after cerebral apoplexy were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to August 2019.They were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and experimental group(60 cases).The control group received routine western medicine and rehabilitation treatment,while the experimental group received Buyang Huanwu Decoction and acupuncture treatment.The scores of motor function before and after treatment and the clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer scores of upper and lower limbs were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the Fugl-Meyer scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 91.25%in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than 78.57%in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Among the patients with limb dysfunction after cerebral apoplexy,Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the motor function score of patients and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
