| 摘 要： | 乙型肝炎(乙肝)是影响我国人民健康的重大传染病,经过30多年的努力,我国取得了举世瞩目的防控成就 [1] 。由于我国既往感染HBV者众多,新发感染仍不断产生,因此,从源头上阻断HBV母婴传播的发生,以及对既往感染者实施规范的诊疗,是目前和今后一段时间我国需要开展的重点工作,预防HBV母婴传播也自然成为大家关注的热点。
