奥美拉唑碳酸氢钠胶囊与艾普拉唑肠溶片治疗十二指肠溃疡的成本-效果分析

目的探讨在十二指肠溃疡患者的治疗方面,奥美拉唑碳酸氢钠胶囊与艾普拉唑肠溶片治疗的临床成本-效果分析。方法选取2017年2月~2019年2月在某院进行治疗的十二指肠溃疡患者220例作为研究对象,将其随机平均分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者给予奥美拉唑碳酸氢钠胶囊治疗,对照组患者给予艾普拉唑肠溶片疗法。比较两组患者治疗后临床效果、不良反应发生率等情况,并对其进行用药的成本-效果进行分析。结果通过对比不同治疗方法发现,观察组患者用药后的临床治疗效果及不良反应发生率与对照组患者相当,无明显差异性(P>0.05)。但观察组患者成本-效果价值高于对照组,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在十二指肠溃疡患者的治疗方面,采用艾普拉唑肠溶片治疗的临床效果显著,成本相对较低。

Cost-effectiveness analysis of omeprazole and sodium bicarbonate capsule and ilaprazole enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of duodenal ulcer

Objective To investigate cost-effectiveness analysis of omeprazole and sodium bicarbonate capsule and ilaprazole enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of duodenal ulcer.Methods A total of 220 patients with duodenal ulcer treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group on average.Patients in the observation group were given omeprazole and sodium bicarbonate capsule,while patients in the control group were given the ilaprazole enteric-coated tablets.Finally,the clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the cost-effectiveness of drug administration was analyzed.Results by comparing the clinical effects of patients with different treatments,it was found that the clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the observation group were similar to those in the control group,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).However,the cost-effectiveness value of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of duodenal ulcer patients,the combination treatment with ilaprazole enteric-coated tablets can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect-cost,clinical effect is significant,worthy of promotion and application.
