某院静脉用药集中调配中心相似药品管理中存在的问题与改进策略

目的研究某医院静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)相似药品管理中存在的问题与改进策略。方法从该医院PIVAS常备药品中分类整理出在规格、剂型、名称外观等方面相似的药品,采用鱼骨图分析法分析相似药品管理中存在的问题。结果共有相似药品52组,其中规格不同的有30组,剂型不同的有8组,名称外观相似的有14组。该院PIVAS在相似药品管理中存在的问题主要有人员问题、制度问题、环境问题和系统问题。结论PIVAS可从建立相似药品信息册和交班制度、加强对人员培训、加强流程管理等方面着手,提高相似药品管理的质量,保障患者用药安全有效。

The question analyzation and improvement strategy discussion of similar drugs management in pharmacy intravenous admixture services

Objective To analyze the questions and proposed the improvement strategies of similar drugs management in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS).Methods Categorize the similar drugs from standing drugs in PIVAS by specification,formulation,name,exterior outlook,etc.and then to analyze the questions of similar drugs management by the method of fishbone.Results 52 groups of similar drugs were classified and sorted out,They can be divided into three categories:30 groups of same formulation with different specification,8 groups of same components with different formulation,14 groups of similar name and exterior outlook.By the analysis,some questions about management system,personnel,environment and information system should be improved.Conclusion Well management of similar drug in PIVAS can be formed by establishing the transfer system,editing information booklet and training personnel,enhancing process management,etc.
