瓜蒌皮注射液安全性再评价

目的了解瓜蒌皮注射液在某院的使用情况,促进该院瓜蒌皮注射液的合理应用,通过再评价的方式进一步了解瓜蒌皮注射液的安全性。方法选取某院2018年7月~2019年6月使用瓜蒌皮注射液的全部住院患者,追踪患者用药的全部过程,将发生不良反应患者纳入研究,进行分析。结果共计追踪患者382例,发生不良反应3例。结论该院严格按照说明书合理使用瓜蒌皮注射液,且用药基本安全。

A safety re-evaluation of the components of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim extract injection

Objective To understand the use of the components of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim extract injection in a hospital,promote the rational application of the components of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim extract injection in that hospital,and further understand the drug safety by means of reevaluation.Methods All hospitalized patients who used the components of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim extract injection in a hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected,and the entire course of patient medication was tracked.Patients with adverse reactions were included in the study for analysis.Results A total of 382 patients were followed up,and 3 adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion The drug use of the components of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim extract injection in the hospital was basically rational according to the package Insert,and the medication is basically safe.
