| 摘 要： | 目的探讨现实治疗在网络成瘾康复中的应用,开发出一系列团体辅导课程供团体咨询者在治疗大学生网络成瘾时使用。方法查阅现实治疗和网络成瘾的相关文献,对这些文献资料进行归纳整理。结果开发出一系列基于现实治疗的网络成瘾康复的团体辅导课程。结论团体咨询是目前治疗网络成瘾行为的主流模式。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of Reality Therapy as an Internet addiction recovery method, and develop a group counseling program that group counselors can adopt when working with college students with Internet addictive disorders. Methods Reading and summarizing literatures related with reality therapy and internet addiction. Results A group counseling program that group counselors can use is developed when working with college students with Internet addictive disorders. Conclusion Group counseling appears to be the predominant modality for treating internet addiction. |
