柴胡皂甙-d治疗抗肾小球基膜型肾炎的实验研究

目的：探讨柴胡皂甙－ｄ（ＳＳｄ）治疗抗肾小球基膜型（ＧＢＭ）肾炎的疗效及其机制。方法：采用抗ＧＢＭ肾炎大鼠模型，用ＳＳｄｘ在疾病早期和晚期两个阶段给药，观察ＳＳｄ对其的疗效。结果：ＳＳｄ治疗可减轻尿蛋白，降低血脂和减轻肾小球病理变化。同时，血清促肾上腺皮质激素，皮质酮，肾组织糖皮质激素受体（ＧＲ），活性氧（ＲＯ）清除剂活性和红细胞免疫功能均增强。

Effect of saikosapoin-d on anti-glomerulus basement membrane nephritis

Objective: To investigate the therapeutical effect of saikosapoind(SSd) on antiglomerulus basement membrane(GBM) nephritis in rat. Methods: Therapeutical effect of SSd on antiGBM nephritis in rat was observed in the heterologous and autologous phases. Results: SSd markedly reduced urine protein and blood lipid level, raised serum ACTH and corticosterone level. Meanwhile,immunofunction of RBC, renal glucocorticoid receptor(GR) and activity of reactive oxygen scavenger increased in rats with antiGBM nephritis, which were more significant in the heterologous phase. Conclusion: SSd has a good therapeutical effect on antiGBM nephritis in rat.The mechanism might be the enhanced antiinflammatory action and immunosuppression of GCGR system by improving HPA axis.Moreover,the elevated RBC immunofunction, RO scanvenger activity and ameliorated abnormal lipid metabolism might be related.
