| 摘 要： | 作者报道了河北国际旅行卫生保健中心首次在入境外籍人员中检出2例戊型病毒性肝炎事件，并对感染者及56名密切接触者进行流行病学调查。为防止疫病扩散，河北国际旅行卫生保健中心对2例患者进行了隔离治疗，对56名密切接触者进行医学检查及血样检测，同时对患者的学习场所、食堂和居住地用1％过氧乙酸实施终末消毒后，未再发现新病例。

| Abstract: | The author reported 2 imported cases of Hepatitis E first found out at Hebei Port and carried out epidemiological investigation. In order to prevent the diffusion of epidemic diseases, 2 infected persons were insulated treatment. Meanwhile, Hebei International Travel Health Care Center also examined and inspected 56 contacts related with patients, and disinfected their school, dining room and bedroom by 1% peroxyacetic acid, and no new cases happened any more. |
