苏州口岸蝇类调查报告

目的掌握苏州口岸蝇类的种群构成及其密度的变化规律，为口岸防控蝇类，防止传染病传播提供依据。方法按照国家质量监督检验检疫总局《国境口岸医学媒介生物本底调查方法》对苏州口岸的蝇类进行为期1年的调查。结果本次调查共捕获蝇类320只，经鉴定隶属于有翅目3科7属10种，以家蝇为优势种，其次分别为大头金蝇、丝光绿蝇和铜绿蝇，季节消长的高峰期为6、7月份。结论基本掌握了苏州口岸蝇类本底资料。对蝇类重要孳生地适时灭蝇可有效降低蝇密度，防止肠道传染病的发生和流行。

Investigation Report on Flies at Suzhou Frontier Port

Objective To master the change regularity of the population composition and the density of flies at Suzhou Port, and provide evidence for preventing and controlling flies and transmission of infection diseases. Methods A one-year investigation was demonstrated among flies at Suzhou Port, according to The Background Survey Methodology of Medical Media Biont of the Frontier Port issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People＇s Republic of China. Results 320 flies were caught, which were classified by three families, seven generas, ten species. Dominant population was Musca domestica Linnaeus. The next by turns were Chrysomyia megacephala Fabricius, Lucilia sericata Meigen and Lucilia cuprina W~edemann. The peak months of seasonal growth and decline of fly activity were July and June. Conclusion Understand the background data of flies at Suzhou Port. Timely carrying out pest control measure to main flies breed places is the effective methods to decline the flies density and preventing the occurrence and prevalence.
