| 摘 要： | 目的在常规质控图的基础上，加强和完善“即刻法”室内质控。方法采用ELISA法进行HIV抗体检测，对20天内不同时间进行的20次实验中得到的20个数据，建立Levey-Jennings质控图（以下简称L-J质控图）的同时，从第三次实验结果开始进行即刻法质控，对比2个方法的质控结果。结果用即刻法质控的结果也在L-J图质控范围内。结论进一步加强、确认“即刻法”在HIV初筛实验室室内质量控制的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the way of strengthening lab quality control with instant method in the basis of the quality control plans. Method Examined HIV antibody by ELISA, and obtained 20 kinds of data from 20 experiments in previous 20 day in different time. Then established Quality Control Chart Levey-Jennings, at the same time, adopted instant quality control method to the third experiment results. Compared two kinds of result. Result The result produced by L-G covered that one produced by instant method. Conclusion It is necessary to further strengthen and confirm the application of instant method in quanlity control in HIV screening laboratory. |
