某机关在职人员健康状况分析

目的了解某机关在职人员的健康状况，分析健康危险因素，促进干部职工的自我保健意识。方法收集2007年度机关在职人员健康体检的临床资料，进行现况流行病学分析。结果在428名健康体检者中，发现一种或多种疾病或指标异常者410人，占所有受检者的95．79％。未发现明显指标异常者18人，占4．21％。男性脂肪肝检出率最高（51．98％），女性子宫肌瘤检出率最高（30．68％）；高年龄组健康状况劣于低年龄组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），男性健康状况劣于女性（P〈0．05）。结论机关在职人员的健康状况不容乐观，应引起高度重视。建议采取健康教育、医学咨询、随访和进一步的诊断与治疗，建立健康的生活方式和行为习惯，提高群体健康水平。

The Analysis of Health Status of Government Staffs

Objectives To understand the health status of certain government staffs and analyzed risk factors to promote themselves healthcare consciousness. Methods collected and carried on prevalence study to clinical materials of healthy physical examination in 2007. Results There were 410 cases who were discovered one or more than one kinds of diseases or index unusual in 428 persons. The total detection rate was 95.79%. Only didn＇t 18 cases be discovered obviously unusual, which accounted for 4.21%. The detection rate of fatty liver was the highest in male （51.98%）. The detection rate of myoma of uterus was the highest in female （30.68%）. The status of older group was inferior to that of smaller one （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） and male was inferior to female （P〈0.05）. Conclusion the health status of government staffs was worrying, which should be paid much attention to. In order to keep health, health education, medicine consultation and follow-up visit with the further diagnoses, treatments and established healthy life styles and behavior customs are necessary.
