带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣的临床应用

本文报告了11例带旋髂深血管蒂的髂骨瓣移植治疗陈旧性骨折、骨不连及儿童股骨头无菌性坏死的临床应用,并对其治疗方法、机理作了探讨。作者认为带旋髂深血管的髂骨瓣作为一种活骨移植,对骨折的愈合、修复及某些病理性改变的中止均有肯定的疗效。对缩短病程,减少并发症有一定的作用。

CLINIC APPLICATON OF PEDICLED VASCULARIZED ILIAC CREST

Since October 1985, transfer of the iliac crest with the deep circumflex vessels has been applied for treating old fracture of the femoral neck, Perth-es' disease and non-union of fractured long bone. The results in all of the 11 cases treated were satisfactory. It is believed that the iliac crest graft with deeP circumflex vessels improves the blood supply to the area of fracture and Promotes fracture healing.As the deep circumflex vessels have less variation in anatomy and the Pedicle is long enough, it is justified to use this graft for transplantation. The operation is acceptable to both the Patient and the medical staff, for it is simple, requires no special equipment and shortens the heal-ing process.
