| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肌肉血肿的CT诊断及临床意义。资料与方法回顾性分析经手术或穿刺证实的肌肉血肿患者资料13例,全部病例均行平扫及增强扫描,其中11例行双期、2例行单期增强扫描。结果 13例均为亚急性肌束内血肿。平扫均见肌肉肿胀,相邻肌肉脂肪间隙消失或变窄,4例见高密度块影或结节,7例为混杂密度块影,2例仅肌肉肿胀伴斑点或羽毛状稍高密度。增强扫描均呈薄壁环形强化,其中11例内见较高密度片团或结节影被低密度影环绕,即岛屿征,2例为环形强化中相对一致的低密度影。结论 CT增强扫描对肌肉血肿尤其是亚急性肌束内血肿能做出正确诊断,岛屿征在肌肉血肿的诊断中具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the CT and clinical features of muscle hematomas.Materials and Methods The CT and clinical data of 13 cases of muscle hematomas proved by operation or biopsy were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients underwent plain and enhanced CT scan.Results Thirteen lesions were subacute hematomas located within muscles.The muscles showed swollen and adjacent fat spaces showed disappeared or narrow in all the lesions on plain CT imagings.The hematomas showed homogeneous high-density in 4 cases,... |
