不同年龄段膝关节软骨T_2弛豫时间测量及临床意义的初步探讨

目的测定国人不同年龄段的膝关节软骨MR T2-mapping成像中的T2弛豫时间值,探讨膝关节软骨的生理演变规律。资料与方法选取100名10～69岁行膝关节MRI检查的志愿者,入选标准为无膝关节病史及手术史,无明显临床相关症状,MRI上膝关节软骨无形态及信号异常表现。每10岁为一个年龄跨度,每组15～23名志愿者。运用关节软骨T2-mapping成像技术测量各年龄组膝关节髌骨、股骨远端及胫骨内外侧髁关节软骨的T2弛豫时间值,进行组间统计学比较分析。结果 (1)髌软骨T2弛豫时间值10～19岁年龄组与30～69岁各年龄组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);20～69岁各年龄组中,10～19岁与20～29岁组之间差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)30岁以上年龄组内,胫骨平台内侧及外侧软骨T2弛豫时间值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)10～19岁与40～69岁各年龄组,股骨远端与胫骨平台内侧及外侧软骨T2弛豫时间值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),10～19岁与20～39岁各年龄组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(4)各年龄组中,股骨远端与胫骨平台内侧及外侧软骨T2弛豫时间值差异有统计学意义...
