尿激酶溶栓治疗脑血栓临床效果评价

目的:探讨尿激酶溶栓治疗脑血栓的临床效果。方法:选择80例脑血栓患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用尿激酶溶栓治疗,对照组用低分子肝素,比较两组疗效和神经功能缺损。结果:治疗组总有效率为80%,对照组总有效率为60%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组缺损评分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但对照组与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尿激酶溶栓治疗脑血栓效果显著,改善患者神经功能缺损,值得临床推荐。

Clinical effect of urokinase thrombolytic treatment of cerebral thrombosis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of urokinase thrombolytic treatment of cerebral thrombosis. Method Total 80 cases with cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with urokinase,the control group was treated with low molecular heparin,and the effect and neurologic impairment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80% ,the control group was 60% ,and the difference was statistical significant（ P 0. 05） ; the difference of neurologic impairment in the treatment group after treatment had statistical significance with that of before treating（ P 0. 05） ,but in the control group the difference was not statistical significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion It has good effect to treat cerebral thrombosis by urokinase thrombolysis,it also can improve neurologic impairment and should be widely used in clinic.
