丙戊酸镁与碳酸锂治疗躁狂发作对照研究

目的:比较丙戊酸镁与碳酸锂治疗躁狂发作的疗效和不良反应。方法:对84例躁狂发作患者随机平分为丙戊酸镁组和碳酸锂组,在治疗前及治疗2、4、6周末分别用Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表(BRMS)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)及副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果:丙戊酸镁组治疗2周末BRMS总分及各因子分比治疗前明显降低,且显著低于碳酸锂组。丙戊酸镁的不良反应与碳酸锂相似,但持续时间较短,患者耐受性好。结论:丙戊酸镁治疗躁狂发作疗效好,起效快,不良反应小。

Comparative study of magnesium valproate and lithium carbonate in treatment of manic episodes

Objective:To compare the efficacy and side effects of magnesium valproate and lithium carbonate in the treatment of manic episode. Method:84 patients with manic episode were divided into magnesium valproate group and lithium carbonate group randomly.Efficacy and side effects were assessed with Bech-Rafaelsen manic rating scale(BRMS),clinical global impression scale(CGI) and treatment emergent sympton scale(TESS) respectively before treatment and after treatment for 2,4,6 weeks.Results:After two weeks treatment,the total score of BRMS and the score of each factor reduced significantly in magnesium valproate group,and the scores of treatment factors was significantly lower in magnesium valproate group than those in lithium carbonate group.The side-effects of magnesium valproate were similiar to those of lithium carbonate,but they persisted for relatively shorter periods so that the patients could tolerate them better.Conclusion:Magnesium valproate is more effective and well tolerated in the treatment of manic episode.
