纤维支气管镜电视监视下鼻咽癌诊断影响因素观察

目的 观察纤维支气管镜电视监视下鼻咽癌诊断影响因素，提高鼻咽癌的早期诊断率。方法 从1999年4月至2001年2月，对106例鼻咽癌可疑患者在纤维支气管镜电视监视下进行鼻咽活检，观察和分析其影响因素。结果 病理报告鼻咽癌34例，鼻咽结核6例，鼻咽癌的检出率30．08％。其中第1期4例，第2期11例。结论 熟悉鼻咽解剖标志，保持视野清晰，钳取足够深度，结合CT检查，警惕分泌性中耳炎的鼻咽癌误诊漏诊，是提高鼻咽癌诊断率的重要因素。

The observation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosis influential factors under fiberoptic bronchoscope TV

Objective: Observe influential factors of nasopharyngeal carcinoma's dignosis under fiberoptic bronchoscope-TV,Increasing the checking out rate of nasopharyneal carcinoma. Methods: Observe and analysis about intluential factors of nasopharyneal clinicophathologial checking to 106 patients who might have had nasopharyneal carcinoma under filberoptic bronchoscope-TV from April 1999 to February 2001.Results: clinico phathologial reported nasopharyneal carcinoma 34 cases,nasopharyneal tuberculosis 3 cases.The checking out rate of nasopharyneal carcinoma was 30.08%.There were 4 cases in first satge,and 11 cases in second stage.Conclusions: knew nasopharyneal anatomy mark,keeping field of vision clearly,Clamping deeply enough,Intergrating CT examining,whatching out for nasopharyneal carcinoma misdiagnosis by seretory otitis media.ALL these are important factors to increase the rate of nospharyneal carcinoma early diagnosis.
