心理行为护理对老年住院患者焦虑情绪的影响

目的观察心理行为护理对老年住院患者焦虑情绪的影响,探讨心理行为护理的临床效果。方法采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定103例老年住院患者,并对心理行为护理前后及普通护理前后焦虑情绪变化进行了比较分析。结果 103例老年患者住院初肯定有焦虑者占69％(71／103),发生率明显高于正常人群;住院治疗3-4周后肯定有焦虑者占25％(26/103),较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01);临床治疗加心理行为护理患者3-4周后肯定有焦虑者仅15％(8／53),明显低于临床治疗加一般护理组患者(34％,17／50);男女患者之间及各专科病种中仅心脏疾病患者有较明显的焦虑(P<0.01)。结论老年患者存在明显的焦虑情绪,与性别无关,老年心脏疾病患者有较明显的焦虑。心理行为护理可以减轻老年患者的焦虑情绪,促进患者康复,提高生活质量。

The effect of psychological nursing on anxious emotion of old patients in hospital

Objective To evaluate the effect of psychological nursing on anxious emotion of old patients in hospital. Methods Using Hamilton's anxious scale (HAMA) , 103 old patients in hospital were scored before and after ordinary clinical nursing or psychological nursing. Results The incidence of anxiety in the group of old patients was 69% (71/103), higher than that in general population. After 3 - 4 weeks of hospitalization, the rate of anxeity dropped to 25 % (267103,P<0.01). Analysis on the 26 anxious patients left showed the improvement of emotion was better after psychological nursing (rate of anxeity 15% or 9/53) than after ordinary nursing (rate of aneity 34% or 17/50). Conclusion There is a high frequency of anxious mood in old patients, especially among those with heart diseses. Psychological nursing is of special value for reducing their anxeity and improving their quality if life.
