| 摘 要： | 目的探讨凝集素半乳糖结合蛋白3（galectin-3）在子宫内膜的表达与子宫内膜容受性的形成和胚泡着床的关系。方法用RT-PCR和蛋白印迹法（Western blot）检测galectin-3 mRNA和蛋白在增生晚期和分泌中期子宫内膜的表达。用免疫组化方法检测galectin-3蛋白在子宫内膜的定位和表达。结果galectin-3mRNA和蛋白在分泌中期子宫内膜的表达高于增生晚期，galectin-3蛋白定位于上皮细胞和间质细胞。结论结果提示galeetin-3在分泌中期子宫内膜的高表达可能与子宫内膜容受性的形成和胚泡着床的过程有关。

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the possible relationship between the expression of galectin-3 in human endometrium with the formation of uterine receptivity and embryo implantation. Methods Expression of galectin-3 mRNA and protein was evaluated by using RT-PCR and Western blot, and the location of galectin-3 protein was evaluated by immunohistochemistry. Results Expression of galectin-3 mRNA and protein in mid-secretory endometrium was much higher than in later-proliferation, galectin-3 protein was mainly located in epithelial and stromal cells. Conclusions Our results suggested that the highly expression of galectin-3 in the mid-secretory human endometrium may associated with the formation of uterine receptivity and embryo implantation. |
