髋关节骨性融合后的手术治疗分析

目的探讨利用全髋关节置换术治疗髋关节骨性融合的效果。方法对我科于2004年3月-2012年3月15例18髋髋关节融合患者应用全髋关节置换术治疗,Harris评分术前为21-49分,平均33分。结果本组患者无切口并发症,术后Harris评分为66-97分,平均86分,较术前平均提高53分。无感染及血管损伤、松动、脱位、深静脉血栓形成。结论全髋关节置换术治疗髋关节骨性融合效果满意。

Analysis of hip joint bone fusion surgery

Objective To probe total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of hip bone fusion.Methods From January 2004 to March 2012 15 cases(18 hips) hip bone fusion patients treated with total hip replacement,preoperative Harris hip score of 21 to 49 minutes,with an average of 33 points.Results This group of cases incision healed after surgery the last follow-up of hip flexion deformity disappeared,no infection and vasculardamage,loosening,dislocation,deep vein thrombosis,and postoperative Harris hip score was 66 to 97,with an average of 86 points,compared with the preoperative average increase of 53 points.Conclusion Total hip replacement is the treatment of hip bone fusion is an effective method.
