心理干预对宫颈癌根治术术后并发症的影响

目的：探讨心理干预在宫颈癌根治术患者术后并发症中的应用.方法：抽取2010年4月至2011年11月在我科诊疗后的88例宫颈癌患者,随机分为观察组45例和对照组43例.观察组在常规护理的基础上,依次开展心理咨询与支持、希望治疗、心理疏导,进行心理干预.对照组采取常规护理措施.观察实施心理干预的护理措施后两组患者的并发症发生率、满意度.结果：观察组患者并发症发生率明显降低、满意度明显优于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：实施心理干预护理措施可以提高宫颈癌患者对护理质量的满意度,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用.

Impact of psychological intervention on postoperative complications of radical hysterectomy

Objeetlves： To investigate the impact of psychological intervention on postoperative complications of radical hysterectomy. Method： 88 patients presenting in our hospital from 2010 to 2011 with cervical cancer were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 45 cases and 43 cases respectively. Basing on the routine care, patients in the observation group also received psychological support, treatment, psychological counseling and psychological inter vention. The patients in the control group received routine care only. Incidence of complications and satisfaction degree in two groups were observed and evaluated. Results： In the observation group, the complications incidence was significantly lower and the satisfaction was significantly better （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Psychological intervention can improve the patients＇ satisfac tion degree, reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
