| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨分析供精志愿者的特征.方法：通过网络宣传、健康教育讲座、沟通与学生积极等方式招募供精志愿者51名.结果：招募社会人员10人（19.61%）;大学生41人（80.39%）,其中大学医学专业38人.精液常规分析合格14人（27.45%）;冷冻复苏合格8人（15.69%）;筛查完全合格6人（11.76%）,其中5人为大学生.结论：在校大学生是供精志愿者主要来源,供精志愿者完全筛查合格率不高.

| Abstract: | Objectives： To analyze the characters of sperm donors. Method： recruit 51 sperm donors by intemet, public lectures of reproductive health, communication with the university administration, etc. Results： There were 41 college students donors（80.39% ） and 10 non - students donors （ 19. 61% ）. 38 out of 41 college students are medical students. Only 14 donors＇ sperm reached the standard of qualified semen, 8 passed the freeze - thaw, and only 6 passed the screen procedure. 5 out of 6 qualified samples are from students. Conclusions： coUege students were the main source in the sperm donors. The qualified rate of donor semen was low |
