心理咨询在行夫精人工授精术中的应用价值研究

目的：探讨心理咨询在因男方因素行夫精人工授精术患者的影响。方法：针对380例因男方因素行夫精人工授精术患者夫妇，随机分为实验组190例和对照组190例。两组不孕夫妇均填写焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（sDs）、生活事件量表（I膝；）、社会支持评定量表（ssRS），对照组根据人类辅助生殖技术规范行人工授精术，实验组在对照组的基础上，针对不孕夫妇双方进行心理咨询，观察两组的SAS、SDS、LES、SSRS评分及临床妊娠率。结果：实验组进行心理咨询后夫妇双方的SAS、SDS、LES评分较对照组明显降低（P〈0．05），SSRS评分及临床妊娠率较对照组明显升高（P〈0．05）。结论：适当的心理咨询能有效地减轻患者的紧张情绪和思想压力，使患者主动配合治疗，对提高AIH的成功率有重要意义。

Effect of psychological counseling on the mental status and pregnancy rate of couples treated with AIH

Objectives： To explore the effect of psychological counseling on patients treated with artificial insemination by hus- band （AIH）. Method： 380 couples receiving AIH due to the infertility of husbands were randomly divided into two groups： the control group （ 190 cases） and the trial group （ 190 cases）. All patients were evaluated by the following scales： of - evaluation of anxiety scale （ SAS ）, depression self - rating scale （SDS）, life event scale （ LES ）, social support rating scale （ SSRS ）. Both groups received AIH while the trial group were additionally given psychological counselling. Then the panel data of SAS, SDS, LES, SSRS scores and clinical pregnancy rates of these two groups were compared. Results： For the trial group, SAS, SDS, score were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈0. 05） after psychological counselling, and SSRS score and clinical pregnancy rate were significantly higher than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Appropriate psychological counseling can effectively reduce the pressure of patients, making the patient have high compliance, and significantly improving the success rate of AIH.
