厄贝沙坦和琥珀酸美托洛尔对女性高血压患者的性功能和性激素影响的前瞻性研究

目的：观察厄贝沙坦联用琥珀酸美托洛尔对高血压女性患者的性功能和性激素影响。方法：收集2010年6月至2013年1月在我院确诊为高血压病患76例，随机分为对照组（39例）和厄贝沙坦联合琥珀酸美托洛尔组（简称治疗组）（37例），收集治疗前后的血压、性功能和性激素的变化。结果：经48w治疗，2个组别的血压已降至正常范围；经24w治疗与对照组比较，治疗组的DP和sP降低明显（P〈0．05）；治疗48w，2个组别的性功能指标均有不同程度的改善，治疗组治疗24w和48w的性欲指数和性唤起指数改善显著（P〈0．05）。治疗24w和48w，2个组另q的性功能指标均有不同程度的改善，治疗组治疗24w和48w的性欲指数和性唤起指数改善显著（P〈0．05）；治疗24w和48w，治疗组的雌二醇显著增加（P〈0．05），睾酮显著降低（P〈0．05）；治疗48w，对照组的睾酮显著降低（P〈0．05）。结论：厄贝沙坦和琥珀酸美托洛尔可改善高血压女性患者的性功能。

Effect of irbesartan combined with metoprolol succinate on sexual function and sex hormones in hypertensive women

Objectives： To evaluate the effect of irbesartan combined with metoprolol succinate on sexual function and sex hormones in hypertensive women. Method： 76 female hypertension patients presented in our hospital from June 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 39 cases and 37 cases in the irbesartan combining with meto- prolol group （treatment group for short）. The changes of blood pressure, sexual function and sex hormones were recorded. Results： Blood pressure declined remarkably after 24 weeks and stabilized after 48 weeks. The DP and BP in treatment group had obviously declined as compared with the control group within 24 weeks （ P 〈 0.05 ）. FSFIs had improved in both of the two groups after 48 weeks＇ treatment and the improvement of sexual desire index and arousal index was more obvious in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The amount of estradiol was higher and the amount of testosterone declined significantly in treatment group after 24 weeks and 48 weeks （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After 48weeks, the amount of testosterone in the observation group decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Irbesartan combined with metoprolol can improve the sexual function of women with hypertension.
