医用几丁糖治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕临床效果的随访观察

目的：探讨分析医用几丁糖治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕的临床效果。方法：选取2010年2月至2012年4月来我院就诊治疗的84例输卵管梗阻性不孕患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组42例患者仅采用宫、腹腔镜治疗；观察组42例则采用宫、腹腔镜手术联合应用医用几丁糖的治疗方案，比较两组患者的术后输卵管再通率及术后半年内妊娠情况。结果：观察组患者治疗后的输卵管再通率为95．2％，远高于对照组76．2％的输卵管再通率；观察组患者的术后半年内妊娠情况也明显优于对照组患者（P〈0．05）。结论：医用几丁糖可以有效的防止患者的输卵管发生再次阻塞，有效的提高患者的妊娠几率。

Follow - up observation of Chitosan in the treatment of tubal obstruction infertility

Objectives： To conduct a follow - up observation of clinical effects of Chitosan in the treatment of tubal obstruc- tion infertility. Method： Eight -four patients of tubal obstruction infertility who came to our hospital from February 2010 to April 2012 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 42 in each group. The control group were treated with only the hysteroscopic surgery and laparoscopic surgery; the observation group were treated with the hysteroscopic surgery, laparoscopic surgery and Chitosan treatment regimens. We compared the postoperative tubal recanalization rate and pregnancy rate after six months of both groups. Results： Postoperative tubal recanalization rate was 95.2% in the observation group, far higher than 76.2% in the control group; six -month postoperative pregnancy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Chitosan can effectively prevent recurrence of tubal obstruction and promote pregnancy rate.
