300例社会因素剖宫产术分析

目的剖析近年来社会因素剖宫产术急剧上升的主要影响因素,为制定降低社会因素剖宫产术的具体措施提供参考资料。方法对300例于2004年1~12月在我院因社会因素行剖宫产术的产妇进行问卷式调查。所有病例均为初产妇,单胎头位,无妊娠合并症或并发症。结果选择社会因素剖宫产术以26~35岁、高学历者、高收入者为主,该人群对剖宫产相关知识的认知率普遍不高。选择社会因素剖宫产术的主要原因为疼痛因素(31.7%)、母儿安全(22.8%)、没信心(13.9%)、家属意愿(12.7%)、医生因素(11.2%)。结论社会因素剖宫产是复杂的社会问题,受孕产妇和医生的主观意愿影响,降低社会因素所致剖宫产率需要全社会的关注和不懈努力。

Analysis of caesarean section due to social factors: a study of 300 cases

Objective:By analyzing the main factors in recent caesarean section due to social factors make reference to take measure to reduce steadily increasing rate of caesarean without medical indication.Methods:Questionnaires were delivered to 300 singleton occipital-presentation primiparas who underwent caesarean section upon request without diseases or complications in this hospital from January to December in 2004.Results:Caesarean propensity increased in women knew less about caesarean section, who aged 25 to 35 years, high educated or came from high-income family. The reasons for selective cesarean section were mostly fear of pain (31.7%), worry about maternal or neonatal safety (22.8%), no confidence in vaginal delivery (13.9%), willingness of family members (12.7%) and influence of obstetricians (11.2%).Conclusion:Increasing rate of caesarean section upon request is a complicated social problem influenced by willingness of the pregnant women and obstetricians.It needs social focus and continue works to reduce it.
