| 摘 要： | 胆管癌是一种严重危害患者生命安全的恶性肿瘤,其恶性程度高,手术切除率低,死亡率高,长期生存率低,随着现代医学对胆管癌的不断认识和不断进步,为胆管癌的外科诊治提供了新的思路,现笔者就胆管癌的现状及进展进行综述.

| Abstract: | Carcinoma of bile duct is a malignant tumor which serious harm the life safety of patients.It has high malignant degree,low surgical excision rate,high mortality rate and low Long-term survival rate.With modern medicine for the recognition and constantly carcinoma of bile duct continuous progress.It provides new ideas for the surgical diagnosis and treatment of carcinoma of bile duct.The situation and progress of carcinoma of bile duct are reviewed in this paper. |
