Meta分析评价热毒宁注射液联合抗生素治疗儿童社区获得性肺炎的疗效及安全性

【目的】用Meta分析方法评价热毒宁联合抗生素治疗儿童社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。【方法】计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、CBM、CNKI、VIP和万方数据等中英文数据库,纳入符合标准的随机对照试验文献,采用Jadad质量评分法进行评价,对纳入的文献进行Meta分析。【结果】最终纳入8篇研究,总病例数2451例,Meta分析结果显示:与单用抗生素组相比,联合用药组在总有效率OR=4.83,95%CI(2.9,6.62),P<0.05]、咳嗽咳喘咳痰消失时间WMD=-2.64,95%CI(-2.75,-2.54),P<0.05]、肺部啰音消失时间WMD=-0.96,95%CI(-1.18,-0.74),P<0.05]、X线病灶阴影吸收时间(WMD=-2.88,95%CI(-3.05,-2.71),P<0.00001]、呼吸气促消失时间WMD=-1.26,95%CI(-1.32,-1.20),P<0.05]等方面更具优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】热毒宁联合抗生素治疗儿童社区获得性肺炎安全可行,效果良好,但结论尚需更多高质量的大样本、多中心、随机、双盲、对照的临床试验进一步证实。

Meta Analysis to Valuate the Efficacy and Safety of Reduning Injection Combined with Antibiotics in the Treatment of Community Acquired Pneumonia in Children

【Objective】To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Reduning injection combined with antibiotics in the treatment of children community acquired pneumonia by Meta-analysis.【Methods】Randomized controlled trials were retrieved in Pubmed,Embase,CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database.Quality of the RCTs was evaluated strictly by using the Jadad quality evaluation method,statistical analysis was performed using Meta-analysis.【Results】Finally,8 articles were included in the study,the total number of cases was 2451.The results of meta analysis showed that:compared with the single antibiotic group,the combined drug group had more advantages in the total effective rateWMD=-2.64,95%CI(-2.75,-2.54),P<0.0001],the disappearance time of coughWMD=-0.96,95%CI(-1.18,-0.74),P<0.00001],asthma and sputum,the disappearance time of lung raleWMD=-0.96,95%CI(-1.18,-0.74),P<0.05],the shadow absorption time of X-ray focusWMD=-2.88,95%CI(-3.05,-2.71),P<0.00001],the disappearance time of respiratory shortness of breathWMD=-1.26,95%CI(-1.32,-1.20),P<0.05]and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Reduning combined with antibiotics is safe and effective in the treatment of children’s community-acquired pneumonia,but more high-quality large sample,multicenter,randomized double-blind,controlled clinical trials are needed to further confirm.
