摘    要:目的建立一测多评法同时测定京制咳嗽痰喘丸中苦杏仁苷、党参炔苷、丁香苷、迷迭香酸、白花前胡甲素、白花前胡乙素和白花前胡E素的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Venusil MP C(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为30℃。以白花前胡甲素为内参物,建立京制咳嗽痰喘丸中苦杏仁苷、党参炔苷、丁香苷、迷迭香酸、白花前胡乙素、白花前胡E素与该成分的相对校正因子,计算其含量。通过一测多评法计算结果与外标法测定结果的对比,验证所建立方法的可行性。结果苦杏仁苷、党参炔苷、丁香苷、迷迭香酸、白花前胡甲素、白花前胡乙素和白花前胡E素分别在24.67~493.40、4.08~81.60、0.66~13.20、0.89~17.80、7.07~141.40、1.99~39.80、2.31~46.20μg范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9993)。平均加样回收率及RSD分别为99.71%(0.83%)、100.03%(0.65%)、96.95%(1.03%)、97.79%(1.47%)、98.95%(1.00%)、98.09%(1.29%)和99.01%(0.74%)。一测多评法计算结果与外标法测定结果无明显差异。结论该方法操作便捷、准确,可用于同时测定京制咳嗽痰喘丸中7种成分含量。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method of multi-components with single marker(QAMS)for simutaneous determination of amygdalin,lobetyolin,syringin,rosmarinic acid,praeruptorin A,praeruptorin B and praeruptorin E in Jingzhi Kesou Tanchuan Pill.Methods An HPLC method with a Venusil MP C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was applied;the mobile phase was methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution;the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;the column temperature was 30℃.Using praeruptorin A as an internal standard,and the relative correlation factors of amygdalin,lobetyolin,syringin,rosmarinic acid,praeruptorin B and praeruptorin E were determined and the content was calculated.The feasibility of the method was validated by comparing the results of QAMS with those of ESM.Results Amygdalin,lobetyolin,syringin,rosmarinic acid,praeruptorin A,praeruptorin B and praeruptorin E showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 24.67~493.40,4.08~81.60,0.66~13.20,0.89~17.80,7.07~141.40,1.99~39.80 and 2.31~46.20μg(r≥0.9993),respectively,whose average recoveries(RSDs)were 99.71%(0.83%),100.03%(0.65%),96.95%(1.03%),97.79%(1.47%),98.95%(1.00%),98.09%(1.29%),and 99.01%(0.74%),respectively.The results obtained by QAMS were similar to those obtained by external standard method.Conclusion The QAMS method is simple and accurate,which can simultaneously determine the content of seven components in Jingzhi Kesou Tanchuan Pill.
