摘    要:目的观察博莱霉素(BLM)对免疫器官结构的影响。方法用BLM对SD大鼠进行一次性皮下注射,光镜下观察不同时期脾、淋巴结和骨髓组织结构和细胞成分改变。结果第4天,脾红髓与淋巴结髓质淋巴组织较疏松,淋巴结髓窦中内皮细胞大部分消失,骨髓内大量造血细胞与基质细胞坏死;第10~20天,脾白髓扩大,动脉周围淋巴鞘细胞增生,淋巴结次级淋巴小结增多,副皮质区变薄,基质细胞大量增多,骨髓中性粒细胞增生为主;第30天,脾白髓与淋巴结皮质淋巴组织萎缩,淋巴结皮质基质细胞增多,髓索浆细胞大量增多等慢性炎症现象发生。结论BLM毒性作用引起免疫器官内先后出现大量细胞被破坏、淋巴细胞迅速增生和后期淋巴组织萎缩等改变。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of bleomycin(BLM) on structure of immune organs.Methods The changes in structure of tissue and component of cells of spleens,lymph node and bone narrow of Sprague-Dawley rats were observed with microscope at different time after hypodermic injection of BLM.Results On the fourth day,red pulp of spleen and lymphoid tissue of medulla of lymph node were looser,most of endothelial cells in medullary sinus of lymph node disappeared,and A lot of necrotic hematopoietica cells and stromal cells in bone narrow were found.From the tenth day to the twentieth day,white pulp of spleen enlarged,hyperplasia of periarterial lymphatic sheath was found,the number of secondary nodules of lymph node increased,paracortex zone became thinner,the number of stromal cells increased largely,and neutrophilic granulocytes in bone narrow had a chief hyperplasia.On the thirtieth day,chronic inflammation occurred,including white pulp of spleen and lymphoid tissue of cortex lymph node atrophy,stromal cells of cortex of lymph node being in a large numder and plasma cells of medullary cord increasing largely.Conclusions Because of BLM toxicity,the changes including a large number of cells in immune organs destroyed and the quick hyperplasia of lymphocyte and late lymphoid tissue atrophy were found.
