| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝肠钙粘蛋白（CDHl7）在新疆哈萨克族胃癌中的表达及意义。方法：收集哈萨克族胃癌组织30例、哈萨克族正常胃粘膜组织标本20例，采用RT-qPCR的方法检测两组组织中CDHl7mRNA的表达。结果：CDHl7mRNA在哈萨克族胃癌中的表达量为2．11±O．2．5，明显高于哈萨克族正常胃粘膜组织1．04±0．29（P〈0．01）；CDHl7mRNA的表达与性别、年龄无关而与肿瘤的分化程度相关。结论：CDHl7mRNA在哈萨克族胃癌中的表达显著高于哈萨克族正常胃粘膜组织，CDHl7可能在哈萨克族胃癌的发生及发展中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the expression and its significance of Li-cadherin in gastric cancer in Kazak. Methods：RT-qPCR was performed to determine the expression of CDH17：nRNA in 30 gastric cancer tissues and another 20 normal gastric mucosa tissues were used as the matched group. Results：RT-qPCR results showed that the expression level of CDH17mRNA in gastric cancer group was significantly higher than the matched group （2.11±0.25Vsl. 04 ± 0.29, P = 0. 000）. The expression of CDH17mRNA had no relationship with the sex, age, but the over-expression of C DH17mRNAwas correlated with the tumor differentiation. Conclusion ：The expression level of CDH17mRNA in Kazak, s gastric cancer was significantly higher than the normal gastric mucosa tissues,CDH17 may play an important role in the occurrence and devel- opment in Kazak, s gastric cancer. |
