健康教育对体检中心高血压患者的影响

目的：讨论研究对体检中心高血压患者进行健康教育的效果与影响。方法：将体检中心100例高血压患者随机分为干预组和常规组，各50例。其中干预组对患者进行健康教育，如讲解高血压基本知识，每日需按时按量服药，定期测量血压等；常规组患者给予一般常规教育。比较两组高血压患者血压控制效果、自我管理及治疗依从性等指标。结果：不同健康教育后自我管理能力的比较显示干预组戒烟戒酒、遵囊服药以及坚持运动人数情况均显著多于常规组（P＜0．05）；经健康教育后干预组患者服药依从性得分显著优于常规组（P＜0．05）。干预组生活质量评分显著优于常规组（P＜0．05）。结论：在体检中心对高血压患者进行健康教育能够提高患者对疾病知识的认知，及时跟进患者疾病发展情况和血压控制情况。另一方面能够有效提高患者遵医囊服药、进行日常锻炼的自觉性。加快疾病康复速度。

The Effect of Health Education on Hypertensive Patients from Physical Examination Center

Objective： To discuss and study the effect of conducting health education to hypertensive patients from physical examination center. Methods：To divide randomly 100 hypertensive patients from physical examination center into treatment group and nomal-care group,SO each group. Health education was given to treatment group pationts,such as telling basic knowledge on hypertension, taking drugs daily with proper dose on time, measuring blood pressure regularly etc; Routine education was given to normal-care group patients. To compare such index as the effect of blood pressuro control with hypertensive patients ,self-management and treatment compliance etc. Results：The self-management ability after differ- ent kinds of health education shows that the number of treatment group patients with quitting alcohol and tobacco, taking medicine according to the doctor,sticking to exercises is obviously more than normal-care group（ P 〈0.05 ） ;The score f medicine taking compliance from treatment group patients after health education is obviously better than nermal- care group （ P 〈0.05 ）. The quality life score from treatment group is obviously better than normal-care group （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion ：To conduct health education to hypertensive patients from physical examination center can improve the of disease knowledge, follow up patients timely with disease development and blood pressure control. On the other side, it can improve the consciousness of patients taking medicine according to the doctor,so as the daily exercise, sl~eed up the recovery rate of disease.
