排刺温针配合超短波治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

目的：观察排刺温针配合超短波与药物治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效差异。方法：将116例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各58例，治疗组采用排刺温针配合超短波治疗；对照组采用口服药治疗，并在治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果：治疗组显效率39．7％，总有效率为94．8％；对照组显效率13．8％，总有效率为67．2％，治疗组显效率及总有效率明显优于对照组，2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：排刺温针配合超短波与药物治疗强直性脊柱炎均有效，但排刺温针配合超短波疗效更优，操作简单，无毒副作用，值得临床推广应用。

Observation on Curative Effect of Row Acupuncture of Warm Needles with Ultrashort Wave Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective： To observe the row acupuncture of warm needles with ultrashort wave and drug treatment of ankylosing spondylitis the clinical curative effect of the differences. Methods： 116 patients with ankylosing spondylitis patients were randomly di- vided into treatment group and comparison group, each group of 58 patients, the treatment group wad treated by row acupuncture of warm needles with ultrashort wave. The comparison group wad treated by the oral medicine, and evaluated curative effect in each group after 3 courses of treatments. Results： The treatment group showed efficiency by 39.7%, the total effective rate was 94. 8%. The comparison group showed efficiency by 13.8%, the total effective rate was 67.2%. The treatment group showed efficienc3 and the to- tal effective rate was obviously superior to the control group, the difference I~tween the two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion： Row acupuncture of warm needles with ultrashort wave and oral medicine treatment of ankylosing spondylitis were effective, but row acupuncture of warm needles with ultrashort wave has better curative effect, and the operation is simple, non- toxic side effects, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
