摘    要:目的探讨异常黑胆质成熟剂(ASMq)对D-半乳糖致衰老模型大鼠学习记忆能力、血液生化指标的影响。方法选取3个月龄雄性 SD大鼠60只,体质量180~220 g,采用 D-半乳糖制作亚急性衰老模型,随机分为衰老模型组及 ASMq高、中、低剂量组(ASMq高、中、低剂量分别为6.0、3.0、1.5 g· kg-1· d-1)各15只,连续给药21 d。另取15只正常雄性大鼠作为正常对照组。采用 Morris水迷宫法检测各组大鼠学习记忆能力以及测定各组大鼠体质量、血液生化指标。结果正常对照组与衰老模型组大鼠相比抵达终点的游泳时间差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);衰老模型组与 ASMq高、中、低剂量组大鼠抵达终点的游泳时间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05~0.01)。(2)ASMq高、中、低剂量组与衰老模型组相比体质量差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。(3)衰老模型组与 ASMq高、中、低剂量组白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、血小板数目(PLT)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、血肌酐(CRE)、血尿酸(UA)、白蛋白(ALB)、血糖(GLU)差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),但甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 ASMq可改善D-半乳糖致衰老模型大鼠学习记忆能力及其影响血液生化指标。

Effects of Abnormal Savda Munziq on learning and memory and blood biochemical index of D-galactose induced aging model rats

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Abnormal Savda Munziq(ASMq)on learning and memo-ry,blood biochemical index of D-galactose induced aging model rats.Methods 60 three-month-old male SD rats,weighing 180-220 g were randomly divided into the model group and ASMq high,middle and low dose group (ASMq high,middle and low doses were 6.0,3.0,1.5g·kg-1·d-1).D-galactose induced suba-cute aging model was used and continuous administration was 2 1 days.Morris water maze test was used to determine the learning and memory,body mass organ index and blood biochemical index of another 1 5 normal male rats in normal control group.Results (1 )Compared with the aging model group,ASMq could improve significantly learning and memory of the aging model rats.The difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05-0.01).(2)Compared with the aging model group,there was no significant difference between the ASMq high,middle and low dose group of body mass (P〉0.05).(3)Compared with the aging model group,there was no significant difference between the ASMq high,middle and low dose group WBC,RBC,HGB,HCT,MCV,PLT,ALT,AST,TP,CRE,UA,ALB,GLU (P 〉0.05),but there was significant difference between the ASMq high,middle and low dose group compared with the aging model group in TG,TC,HDL,LDL (P 〈0.05).Conclusion Abnormal Savda Munziq could improve the learning and memory of D-galactose induced aging model rats,effecting some of its blood biochemical index.
