大黄蟅虫丸治疗慢性前列腺炎／慢性盆腔疼痛综合征临床有效性分析

目的：评价大黄蟅虫丸治疗慢性前列腺炎／慢性盆腔疼痛综合征（CP／CPPS）的，临床有效性。方法：采用随机、对照的临床试验方法，将84例CP患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组42例，分别采用大黄蠊虫丸、前列通瘀胶囊治疗，疗程4W，评估综合疗效及NIH—CPSI疼痛症状评分、最大尿流率变化。结果：治疗组临床痊愈9例（25％），显效10例（27．8％），有效10例（27．8％），无效7例（19．4％），总有效率80．6％；对照组治疗组34例患者治疗4W后临床痊愈6例（17．6％），显效6例（17．6％），有效14例（41．2％），无效10例（29．4％），总有效率71．6％。治疗组患者疼痛症状评分明显降低（P〈0．01），最大尿流率增加（P〈0．05）；对照组疼痛症状评分无显著降低（P〉0．05），最大尿流率一定程度改善（P〈0．05）。结论：大黄娥虫丸对CP／CPPS有明显治疗作用，尤其对疼痛症状的疗效较为显著．

Therapeutic Effect on Da-Huang-Zhe-Chong Pill in Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis/Chronic Pelvic Pain

Objective： to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Da-huang-zhe-chong pill in the treatment of chronic prostatitis/chron- ic. pelvic pain syndrome. Methods： The method of random, control clinical trial, 84 patients with CP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 42 eases, using Da-huang-zhe-ehong pill, Qian-lie-tnng-yu capsule treatment, treatment for 4 weeks. Evaluation of comprehensive effects and NII1-CPSI pain score, maximum urinary flow rate changed. Results： 9 eases were cured （25%）, the treatment group clinical 10 cases （27.8%）, effective in 10 cases （27.8%）, invalid in 7 cases （ 19. 4% ） , the total efficiency ot80. 6% ; Control group, 34 patients in treatment group ~ere treated 6 cases were clinically eured af- ter 4 weeks （ 17.6% ） , 6 cases show effect （ 17. 6% ）, effective in 14 cases （41.2%） , invalid in 10 cases （29.4%）, the total ef- ficiency of 71.6%. The patients in the treatment group the pain symptom score decreased significantly （P 〈0. 01 ）, maximal urinazy flow rate increased （P 〈0. 05） ; the control group was not signit＇icantl） reduced pain symptoms （ P 〉 0. 05）, maximum flow rate im- proved to some extent （P 〈0. 05） . Conclusion： Da-hnmg-zhe-chong pill has obvious therapeutic effect on CP/CPPS, especially the effect on the pain symptom is more obvious.
